The deliver of the keys of the apartment is scheduled from 10am of the day of arrival.
In case of earlier arrival it is possible (upon availability) to make an arrangement a few days before your arrival.
The apartment must be freed by 10am of the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) under the same conditions in which it was found, that is tidy and clean.
Medium/small sized pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
The property is rented consumption included even for short periods (weekends) or overnight stays for people in transit.
Tariffs
- Weekends: 50/70€ per night per flat
- Weekdays: 60€ per night per flat
In case of your anticipated departure, only the overnigth stays actually spent in the house will be charged.
